For the test to be effective, that is to describe you best, it requires your full attention. Before doing the test, make sure you have a quiet space, just a few minutes, and a good internet connection.

Answer in the most sincere and spontaneous way possible, trying to think about your usual behavior. Remember that there are no right or wrong answers, but only correspondences or differences between the statements and your way of being.
